Your app will derive all of its data from your e-commerce website so, in theory, it should mirror the website perfectly. Most of the time, it does. However, you may find that sometimes, the app and the website are not perfectly synced.
One reason for this could be the frequency of the product feed. Product feeds can be updated as regularly as every hour. However, product feeds coming from your e-commerce system might only update once every 24 hours. The frequency will depend on the e-commerce system you use and how it has been set up.
Therefore, in a scenario where the product feed is only updated once a day (usually overnight), you may find that a recent update has not yet appeared on the app. In this case, the best thing to do would be to check back the next day, at which point the app should have updated.
